3.2 Where access is granted via an access code — including but not limited to Journal Creator AI — the Product is considered fully delivered at the point the access code or access link is issued, regardless of whether the code or link has been used or the Product has been accessed.

3.3 You are responsible for ensuring you provide a valid email address at the point of purchase and that you have the technical ability to access digital files.

3.4 Access to Products may be revoked without refund if these Terms are violated.

4. Pricing & Payments

4.1 All prices are listed on our website and may be changed at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Payments are processed securely via third-party payment providers. We do not store your payment details.

4.3 By completing a purchase, you authorise us to charge the payment method provided for the full amount displayed at checkout.

5. Refunds & Returns

5.1 All digital product sales are final. No refunds will be issued once access, a download link, a google meet or zoom link or an access code has been provided — regardless of whether the Product has been accessed, downloaded, or used.

5.2 This policy applies to all Products sold by Faith Driven Bosses, including but not limited to journals, planners, workbooks, templates, courses, workshops, and AI tools.

5.3 We do not offer refunds for any of the following reasons:

• Change of mind or personal preference

• Difficulty using the Product

• Technical issues that can be resolved through our support team

• Failure to read the product description or requirements before purchasing

• Dissatisfaction with results achieved (results are not guaranteed)

• The Product was accessed via a code or link that has been issued
